CSRM, Newmont, and RESOLVE Partner on New Research

I've participated in, designed, and led independent inquiries. We've seen public benefits as well as challenges and shortcomings. The Sustainable Minerals Institute can help take a wide lens view and ask "what’s working" to help all stakeholders.

With support from the Australian Research Council, Dr. Deanna Kemp, Director of Centre for Social Responsibility in Mining (at the Sustainable Minerals Institute at the University of Queensland) will lead a new research project “Public lessons, private interests: Do inquiries promote industry change?” Other research partners include the Australia National University, Newmont, and RESOLVE.

Please see the University of Queensland press release for more.
