Sharing RESOLVE's 2019 Annual Report

As we begin our Annual Meeting, our Challenge Summit, we’re pleased to share RESOLVE’s 2019 Annual Report.

During 2019, we had our eye on innovation — whether technology and artificial intelligence, conservation science and adaptive management, getting “climate smart” in supply chains for food and materials, or new solutions to age-old problems like safe, clean water.

Many of our strategies work from the idea that we can find an intervention point where targeted action brings stakeholders together to develop a proof-of-concept, and once we’ve shown results we can scale. These constructive interventions take place within a context where we are convening the world’s leading thinkers in biodiversity, climate response, public health, food and water safety, adaptive natural resource management, supply chains and other areas in our programs and multi-sector partnerships, and over the next six weeks at our virtual annual meeting

We’re looking forward to working with all of you in 2020 and beyond to as we continue to innovate and look to scale.

What’s not covered in this annual report is that we’re taking action in response to the COVID-19 pandemic—both to address the immediate needs and to ensure that we’re ready for the next health, environmental, or humanitarian crisis.

Our thoughts are with all of you,

Stephen D'Esposito, President and CEO, RESOLVE
