Summary of Position
The Executive & Internal Communications Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the executive leadership group (ELG), the board of trustees and our governance network. This role ensures effective communication, coordination, and logistical support for board meetings, RESOLVE events, and other executive functions. Additionally, this position manages facilities and equipment, provides operational and administrative support, and contributes to website management, communications, event planning, and overall office management. The position reports to the Chief Financial and Enterprise Officer and supports work across RESOLVE and its related entities and enterprises.

Salary and Benefits
Salary is commensurate with experience and education for this position. This position may be hired at one of two levels, depending on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. The salary ranges for each level are as follows:
RESOLVE offers excellent benefits, including: medical and dental insurance; retirement contributions (after 1 year, RESOLVE contributes 6% of salary, with an additional 3% employee matching option); generous family, vacation, and sick leave; and long-term disability.
