Joseph Mboka, Manager
Joseph Mboka, Manager of DDI Sierra Leone, brings over twenty years of experience in various fields including human resources management (principally), administrative management, and community affairs management.
Joseph previously chaired the National Mining Trade Group Negotiating Council of Sierra Leone for two consecutive terms, headed the intelligence wing of the Mount Everest Security Agency, interpreted for the Judiciary of Sierra Leone, served as Editor of two local newspapers, and organized social mobilization for the United Nations Children’s Fund during the Ebola outbreak in West Africa. He is also a member of the Technical Team of the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme for West Africa. Fluent in English and French, he has worked across Sierra Leone, Cote d’Ivoire, Australia, Ghana, Togo and Liberia, and as a National Consultant (Natural Resource Governance) for the German International Cooperation in Sierra Leone.
