Randy’s environmental expertise is focused on streams, wetland, and endangered species markets in the United States. In addition to developing offset projects in established markets, Randy pioneered the development of multiple endangered species markets in conjunction with the regulatory agencies. He has also served as the President of the National Mitigation Banking Association with a focus on expanding collaboration with the non-profit conservation organizations and advancing endangered species markets across the United States.
